1) Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using openframe-play.site (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You may use the Site only in compliance with applicable laws.

The Site provides expert reviews and guidance on chicken coops with integrated runs for Italian backyard keepers. Information is offered for general guidance only and does not replace professional or veterinary advice tailored to your situation.
We may update, correct, or remove content at any time without notice. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability.
3) Limited License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except where permitted by mandatory law, you must not:
- copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display Site content without prior written permission;
- reverse engineer or interfere with the Site’s technical infrastructure;
- circumvent security features or access areas not intended for you;
- introduce malware, attempt unauthorized scraping, or overload our services;
- use the Site for unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
4) Messages & Submissions
If you submit messages or materials via forms or email, you represent that you have the rights to share them and that they do not violate third-party rights or the law. You remain responsible for your submissions.

11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and applicable EU law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rome, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may have additional protections and the right to use local consumer dispute platforms.
12) Miscellaneous
- Severability: if any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Entire agreement: these Terms are the entire agreement regarding Site use.
- Language: English version governs. Translations (if any) are for convenience.
